Imagine a tale of hard times. About really hard times. Such as now, for example. And within this story, imagine a hero who – despite fear and weakness – boldly faces all the adversities that appear in his way. Imagine his struggle with everyday financial and emotional troubles, with lack of social security… and with a society that does not forgive weakness. Imagine a hero who despite his personal problems always defends the weaker ones, and not for applause but for his inner need, for his strong sense of humanity. What a great militant hero, right?
This story is about someone completely different.
This is the story about the Very Nice Guy who for some reasons decided that all activity is inadvisable. All action causes an immediate reaction, and this reaction in turn evokes fear, which – according to the Very Nice Guy – is a feeling not worth feeling. In such circumstances, the Very Nice Guy chooses the only sensible solution – not to leave his own bed.
We meet a Very Nice Guy in a very traumatic moment. After many years of his bed emigration, he is suddenly evicted from his own dream.
